Change of mind

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.

How to start a return

Email withinlyjournal@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
