Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Australia

• Standard shipping: estimated [3–7] business days after dispatch
• Express shipping: estimated [1–3] business days after dispatch
• [If you offer it: Free standard shipping on orders over $60]

International

• New Zealand: estimated [7–14] business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom / United States: estimated [10–20] business days after dispatch

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices at checkout.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email withinlyjournal@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier and keep you updated. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery; re-shipping costs may apply.
